It is a legal and binding contract

ABSOLUTELY NO SILLY STRING to be used anywhere near the bouncers, they eat through the pvc and cause unrepairable damage and you will be liable for the full replacement cost ($5000-$12000).

NO Pets on or near the bouncers. I would prefer they are tied up or directly supervised by their owners to avoid any claw damages or marking etc.

NO markers, paints or any other products that will permanently stain the pvc.

No food, chewing gum or drinks on the bouncers.

No BBQs, fires or smoking anywhere near the bouncers.

No climbing or hanging on any of the netting this can rip the netting and a repair will be charged to you. Especially the netting above the slide.

For any castle with a slide there is no jumping down the slide or climbing up the slide.

Shoes, jewelry and badges must be removed prior to entry to the castle as this may cause harm to others and the equipment.

Always ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded and the weight limits are followed. A hole punch on the weights chart on the front of the castle indicates the weight limit and number of riders for each castle. (6 riders or 1200lbs). Limit riders numbers based on the age and size of the children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.

No riders over 15 yrs old permitted on my bouncers and no adults allowed other than to retrieve children and perform cleaning. Only clean with soapy water, nothing with chemicals in it such as Windex etc.

No metal toys, sharp toys or any sharp instruments on bouncers that may puncture them.

Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step this is dangerous.

Ensure that children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in any other manner that could cause harm or injury to others.

NEVER allow anyone to be in the bouncers during inflation or deflation. This is very dangerous.

ALWAYS deflate the castles if winds or wind gusts are over 25km/h. Always make sure every castle is secured with ground stakes and that no one attempts to remove them other than company personnel.

In the event that the blower stops running or the castle starts deflating unexpectedly, immediately and calmly ensure all users exit the castle. Check to make sure the blower tubes at the back of the castle have not become unattached or undone. Check that the side Velcro covered deflation zipper has not been opened. Check that all extension cords are properly attached. Check your home's breakers.

In the event the blower unit overheats please turn it off at its main switch on the unit and try again in 2 to 3 minutes. If a problem persists, give me a call and I will bring out a replacement as fast as I can.

THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE...DO NOT let children play on the inflatable without adult supervision. Adult supervision is necessary to enforce these rules for safe operation of the inflatables.
